We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our remote team as Cruise & Resort Specialists. In this role, you'll work with travelers who are interested in resort vacations, cruise experiences, and leisure travel. You'll assist with trip coordination, provide helpful recommendations, and help ensure every aspect of the planning process is handled with care and accuracy. This opportunity is ideal for individuals seeking a flexible remote role with training, support, and opportunities for personal and professional development. What You'll Be Doing Consult with clients to understand their vacation interests, travel dates, and preferences Assist with arranging cruise vacations, resort stays, all-inclusive packages, and related travel services Explore available options through approved supplier and booking platforms Present recommendations based on traveler needs and budget considerations Coordinate reservation requests and review travel details for accuracy Provide assistance with itinerary modifications and client follow-up Maintain organized records of travel plans, confirmations, and communications Monitor current promotions, supplier announcements, and destination updates Participate in virtual learning sessions and team development programs

Qualifications

Strong people skills and a service-oriented mindset Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Good organizational and problem-solving skills Confidence using web-based tools and online systems The ability to manage responsibilities independently A positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable internet access and basic computer proficience At least 18 years of age Authorized to work in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, Spain, or other approved regions
