Nor-Cal Controls provides controls solutions for utility-scale renewable energy power plants, and we are looking for a Contracts Manager to join our growing team! As the Contracts Manager, you will analyze and review contracts, and negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients on the company’s behalf. This position is open to in-office, hybrid, or 100% remote work options. The hiring salary for this role is $95,000 - $115,000* annually with benefits. Why Join Us? What a successful Contracts Manager will accomplish in the first 90 days Demonstrate understanding of our proposals and contracts by identifying areas of risk and presenting alternatives. Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills with clients and internal stakeholders. Meet Nor-Cal’s Core Values. Preferred Experience: Bachelor's degree in business administration or law-related field. 3+ years of paralegal or equivalent contract management/administration experience. Ability to read, analyze and interpret legal and technical documents. Construction industry experience preferred; fundamental knowledge of construction techniques, building materials, standards, and equipment. Proactive self-starter. Negotiation skills. *Salary is determined by multiple factors including relevant experience, education, place of residence (if remote), and internal parity.
