Operations Support Specialist
Ensuring Chart’s Success… Reporting to the Supervisor, this position provides internal support for the Customer Service team. Primary responsibilities include analyzing, evaluating, and maintaining data and documentation required to support business operations related to Customer Service responsibilities as well as collaborating on systemic and process enhancements/improvements and training programs with management. This role is remote if you reside in the Atlanta, GA area or hybrid role if located in the New Prague, MN area. What Will You Do? Price Desk Management Maintain Price Records in ERP System Manage / Own Price Book Work with Sales for special promotions, etc.to determine best protocol. Ensure pricing meets company standards. Manage Customer Service task related to master data. Customer account information. Product information. Manage departmental documentation. policy & procedural work instructions, process flow charts Department Reports using ReportsNow. Collaborating with Management on Process Improvements. Support IAR’s by assisting with order management Mange customer service survey process. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. Your Physical Work Environment Will Require… Lift up to 25 pounds. Sitting, standing, stooping, bending, other related tasks in an office and industrial setting. Your Experience Should Be... High school diploma or GED. Advanced degree is a plus. Minimum of 5 years Customer Service and order processing experience required. Strong understanding of Quote to Cash process required. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (excel, word, outlook etc.) Experience working with JD Edwards/El preferred. Price Desk Management experience a plus. Power User experience a plus.
