We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to join our Reverse Tech remote team. You will play a crucial role in building and scaling our mobile apps within our health and wellness vertical. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across all of Reverse Tech, contributing to our mission of improving lives and changing the world through innovative digital solutions. About the role: We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to drive growth and performance within our affiliate marketing program in the Health & Wellness vertical. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing and scaling affiliate partnerships, possesses an established network of high-quality publishers, and can activate new affiliates that generate meaningful revenue and impact. This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive, results-driven professional who can independently manage relationships, optimize performance, and identify new growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Recruit, onboard, and activate high-performing affiliates and publishers within the Health & Wellness space. Leverage existing industry relationships to expand the affiliate program and drive incremental revenue. Build and maintain strong partnerships with affiliates, ensuring long-term engagement and performance. Monitor affiliate activity, identify optimization opportunities, and implement strategies to improve results. Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations. Negotiate commercial terms, placements, and promotional opportunities with partners. Collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate initiatives with overall marketing and business objectives. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging affiliate opportunities. Skills needed: 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within the Health & Wellness, Nutraceuticals, Supplements, or related verticals. Strong existing network of affiliate publishers, media buyers, content partners, and industry contacts. Proven ability to recruit, onboard, and scale high-performing affiliates. Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience tracking KPIs and performance metrics. Experience with affiliate platforms and tracking solutions (e.g., Everflow, Impact, Partnerize, Tune/HasOffers, or similar). Highly autonomous and self-motivated, with the ability to manage priorities independently. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Data-driven mindset with a focus on ROI, revenue growth, and program optimization. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Professional fluency in English.
