And we’re looking for a E-commerce Customer Support Specialist (Zendesk & Shopify) to start immediately! Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage and clear the high-volume Zendesk email support queue Process customer order entries Handle product returns and exchanges Categorize support tickets by issue for operational analysis Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience (mid-level, able to work independently)
- Prior experience with Zendesk (required)
- Prior experience with Gorgias (required)
- Prior experience with Shopify (required)
Preferred (not mandatory):
- Experience with Loop Returns
Technical Requirements:
- USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
- Working Webcam
- Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
- Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
- Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
