Customer Service Representative
ABC Home & Commercial Services of DFW is the largest privately owned pest control company in Texas, and they are seeking a Residential Customer Service Representative (CSR). In this role, you will ensure customers receive the best possible service by handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and resolving concerns efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner
- Effectively communicate with customers, technicians, and service managers to ensure seamless service delivery
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customer inquiries
- Schedule appointments efficiently and manage customer calendars effectively
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, providing timely feedback to supervisors regarding service concerns
- Maintain accurate customer records and promptly update account information
- Actively contribute to team efforts and collaborate with colleagues to exceed customer expectations
- Attend mandatory meetings, training sessions, and call monitoring sessions
- Participate in assigned tasks such as month-end procedures and call reports
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with all customers, colleagues, and supervisors
Skills
- Prior customer service or call center experience is preferred
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Proficiency in basic billing concepts
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
- Strong computer skills, including email, instant messaging, and proficiency in various software applications
- The ability to prioritize workload, work effectively under pressure, and maintain composure when dealing with challenging situations
- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Excellent time management skills
