[Remote] Customer Support Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Driven Brands Inc. is a leading provider of automotive services, specifically in auto glass repair and replacement. They are seeking a Customer Support Representative to deliver exceptional customer service, manage appointments, and support sales in a fast-paced remote environment.
Responsibilities
- To make every customer excited to use Auto Glass Now
- Create estimates, price quotes, and invoices for all customer’s glass needs
- Answer phones and return customer calls
- Provide excellent customer service
- Attention to detail
- Ensure accuracy when booking all appointments
- Input documentation on all calls and follow-up with callers as needed
- Confirm all customer information is correct before booking
- Be professional and have a positive attitude
Skills
- Must have a sales background for the experienced pay
- Must have a positive attitude and customer service
- Must have basic computer skills
- Must have strong communication skills
- Home Internet
- Must have open availability including Holidays and weekends (OT pay for holidays)
- Comfortable working a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency is a plus!
- Prior phone or call center experience is a plus!
