Human Resources Coordinator Associate (TEMP)
Michigan Medicine is a customer service organization focused on providing administrative services to the university community. The Human Resources Coordinator Associate will provide administrative support, process job postings, handle personnel action requests, and support the HR Operations Team.
Responsibilities
- Spend 90% of the time completing transactions
- Handle a high volume of tickets using a case management tool to open, document, process, and resolve tickets
- Manage job openings and HR job data in U-M software
- Process employment records for staff, faculty, non-students, and students
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience providing customer service
- Intermediate level proficiency with data entry and computer skills
