Key Responsibilities

  • Data Integrity & Entry: Perform high‑volume data entry tasks with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that all records are accurate, complete, and compliant with arenaflex standards.
  • Technical Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, providing strategic guidance on the optimal use of arenaflex services, APIs, and cloud solutions.
  • Integration Oversight: Lead integration projects that involve external applications and specialist co‑development partners, coordinating efforts to align with arenaflex Prime merchant contributions.
  • Collaboration with 3P Partners: Work closely with third‑party partners to set, track, and achieve milestones for high‑quality integration projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to best practices.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a distributed team of engineers and security specialists across multiple regions, driving performance, career growth, and continuous improvement.
  • Requirement Gathering & Validation: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to capture business requirements, validate data integrity, and translate needs into actionable technical specifications.
  • Security & Risk Management: Partner with internal security teams to design, propose, and implement industry‑standard security and risk controls for SaaS applications and 3P reconciliations.
  • Documentation & Best Practices: Produce clear documentation, validation guidelines, and operational best practices that empower partners to maintain secure and efficient integrations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process automation, tool development, and workflow optimization to enhance the scalability of arenaflex’s integration platform.

A Day in the Life

Each day you will collaborate with senior account managers, product development teams, and a diverse network of technology partners. You’ll analyze integration logs, troubleshoot API mismatches, and provide actionable feedback to both internal engineers and external developers. Your insights will shape the roadmap for future arenaflex services, ensuring that our platform remains robust, secure, and easy to adopt.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a senior technical account management or comparable role, with a strong focus on data entry and integration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
  • Subject‑matter‑expert (SME) status in at least one arenaflex service (e.g., arenaflex Cloud, arenaflex APIs, or reconciliation testing).
  • Proven experience navigating functional boundaries and troubleshooting security/application performance issues in distributed systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage remote, cross‑functional teams and drive results in fast‑paced environments.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to measuring KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.

  • 3+ years of experience leading direct reports and managing high‑performing teams.
