Position Overview – Human Resources Data Entry Specialist (Full‑Time)

As a Human Resources Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will serve as a critical bridge between our HR strategy and day‑to‑day operations. You will be responsible for accurately capturing, maintaining, and processing employee data, benefits information, onboarding documentation, and compliance records. Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management & Accuracy: Enter, verify, and update employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring 99.9% data integrity across all fields, including personal details, compensation, benefits, and employment status.
  • Benefits Administration Support: Assist the Benefits Team with enrollment processing, changes, and terminations, acting as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries.
  • Onboarding & Off‑boarding Coordination: Prepare and maintain onboarding packets, conduct background checks, and ensure seamless off‑boarding documentation for departing staff.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Generate regular compliance reports (EEO, OFCCP, FMLA, etc.), monitor audit trails, and support internal and external audits with accurate documentation.
  • HR Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data entry workflows, propose automation solutions, and collaborate with HR technology partners to enhance system efficiency.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and IT to resolve data discrepancies and support strategic initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications (Essential)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in HR data entry, HRIS administration, or a similar administrative role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
