About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation for this seasonal contract is competitive and performance‑based:

  • Base hourly rate up to $19.00 per hour.
  • Peak‑season earnings (January – April) typically range from $16.00 to $19.00 per hour for contractors who meet or exceed key metrics.
  • Non‑peak earnings (outside peak window) average between $15.60 and $17.50 per hour.
  • Flexible scheduling allows you to choose shifts that align with your personal commitments.
