About arenaflex – Transforming Education Through Data‑Driven Impact

arenaflex is a pioneering leader in the education‑technology and public‑sector consulting space. For more than two decades, we have partnered with school districts, state education agencies, and community‑based organizations to turn complex data into actionable insights that drive measurable improvements in student achievement, graduation rates, attendance, and equity. Our mission is to empower educators and leaders with the tools, expertise, and evidence‑based strategies they need to create thriving learning environments for every student.

At arenaflex, we believe that data is not just numbers—it is the story of each learner, each teacher, and each community. Our Cutting‑Edge Results (BTR) Program is a 10‑week intensive, results‑oriented initiative that blends rapid‑cycle learning, hands‑on coaching, and high‑impact analytics to help schools set and achieve ambitious performance goals. As a member of the arenaflex BTR team, you will be at the heart of this transformation, turning raw data into clear, strategic guidance that fuels continuous improvement.

Role Overview – Why This Position Matters

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our arenaflex BTR (Building Transformational Results) Program. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and analytical reports for multiple school districts and BTR cohorts. Your work will directly influence how educators track progress, adjust instructional strategies, and ultimately improve outcomes for thousands of students.

This is a full‑time, 40‑hour per week position based in the United States, with flexible remote options and occasional on‑site visits to partner districts. The role offers a competitive salary range of $35,000‑$40,000 per year, comprehensive benefits, and a clear pathway for professional growth within arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Collaborate with arenaflex’s internal Advanced Results team to define, document, and prioritize data requirements for a diverse portfolio of education clients.
  • Design and implement data transformation workflows using industry‑standard tools (e.g., Talend, Pentaho, Power BI, Domo) to ensure clean, reliable, and timely data feeds for BTR dashboards.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards that visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as proficiency scores, attendance trends, graduation rates, and equity metrics.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects across different districts, ensuring each BTR cohort receives accurate, up‑to‑date analytics throughout the 10‑week cycle.
  • Provide expert support to BTR dashboard users (including arenaflex internal staff, implementation coaches, and district leaders) to maximize the strategic use of data insights.
  • Respond to ad‑hoc data requests from BTR partners, delivering high‑quality analyses that inform decision‑making and program adjustments.
  • Conduct deep‑dive research studies to uncover patterns, root causes, and emerging trends within large education data sets, both during and after program cycles.
  • Partner with cross‑functional arenaflex teams to identify product enhancements, drive iterative improvements, and contribute to the evolution of the BTR methodology.
  • Maintain rigorous data quality standards through systematic validation, documentation, and continuous monitoring.
  • Support the scaling of arenaflex’s BTR program by contributing to best‑practice documentation, training materials, and knowledge‑sharing initiatives.
