Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Call Management: Answer incoming calls promptly, schedule service appointments, and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Outbound Outreach: Initiate follow‑up calls to confirm appointments, gather additional details, and ensure customers are prepared for upcoming service visits.
  • Dispatch Coordination: Match each service request with the most qualified technician based on skill set, geographic proximity, and customer preference, using ServiceTitan software.
  • Customer Communication: Proactively inform customers of estimated arrival times, technician names, and any changes to the schedule, maintaining transparency and trust.
  • Technician Liaison: Communicate with field technicians to confirm availability, relay job details, and monitor progress toward completion.
  • Data Accuracy: Verify and update all customer information—names, phone numbers, addresses, and service histories—to ensure flawless job execution.
  • Administrative Support: Perform a variety of office‑related tasks, such as preparing reports, updating logs, and assisting supervisors with project‑specific needs.

Essential Qualifications

  • Residency in Illinois with a solid familiarity of the Chicagoland metropolitan area.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of proven experience in a customer‑service environment, preferably with call‑center or remote work exposure.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain composure under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a clear, friendly, and professional telephone presence.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring every piece of customer data is entered accurately.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort learning new software platforms.
