Your Role as Senior Customer Experience Representative

As a Senior Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, you'll serve as the front line of our customer support operations, delivering exceptional service to pet parents across the nation. This role demands a unique blend of empathy, problem-solving skills, and product knowledge as you assist customers with a wide range of inquiries related to our pharmacy and wellness services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional, empathetic customer service via inbound calls, emails, and other communication platforms
  • Assist customers with order inquiries, prescription refills, product information, and account management
  • Investigate and resolve complex customer issues with creativity and resourcefulness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve service processes
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in our CRM system
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
  • Stay informed about arenaflex products, services, and industry developments
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the customer experience team

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-focused environment, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or healthcare
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong active listening abilities
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and analytically
  • Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Must be a resident of Kentucky and live within 90 miles of Louisville
  • Ability to pass a thorough background check
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Kentucky Pharmacy Technician license if required for role duties
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated workspace
  • Proficiency with computers, browsers, and customer service software
