Position Overview

The Remote Customer Service & Call Center Representative role is the frontline of arenaflex’s emergency response network. You will be the trusted voice that customers rely on when an alarm triggers, whether it’s a fire, intrusion, medical emergency, or a non‑critical alert. Your ability to verify signals, communicate clearly, and dispatch the appropriate response will directly impact the safety and peace of mind of thousands of families and businesses.

Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Signal Verification & Dispatch: Receive, assess, and validate emergency signals from a variety of monitoring devices. Initiate immediate dispatch of police, fire, EMS, or private security resources as dictated by the situation.
  • Customer Communication: Answer inbound calls promptly, provide calm and reassuring updates, and notify customers of non‑emergency signals or false alarms.
  • Account Management: Process routine data changes, such as contact updates, device additions, or service modifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with privacy standards.
  • TTY & Accessibility Support: Handle signals from TTY stations and other accessibility devices, guaranteeing that all customers receive equitable service.
  • Shift Coverage: Work rotating schedules that include weekends, holidays, and occasional mandatory overtime to maintain 24/7 coverage for critical incidents.
  • Collaboration & Documentation: Log all interactions in arenaflex’s secure incident management system, share pertinent information with field responders, and collaborate with teammates to resolve complex scenarios.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training modules, simulations, and performance reviews to sharpen technical knowledge and communication skills.

Essential Qualifications – What We Require

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
