HRIS Senior Specialist [Must have SuccessFactors] W2 Candidate only 100% Remote
- Responsible for creation of new LE in SuccessFactor across multiple modules
- Provides business analysis, problem solving, project management and overall HRIS planning and consulting for designated areas of HRIS.
- Works closely with HR client group to define, analyze and document the business processes, systems and data in order to provide effective solutions.
- Partners with users and IT professionals for needs assessment, process improvements, recommended solutions and implementation of applications.
- Maintains and communicates design standards to be used for all HRIS tools, including visual interface specifications, used for all HRIS tools, including visual interface specifications, standards and practices.
- Participates in the development and implementation of programs to improve documentation and communication between HRIS and HR function.
- Acts as project lead on local projects and may lead global project.
- Requires 8-10 years of SuccessFactors experience

- Strong presentation skills and ability to influence at the management level.
