About the Role

As a Bilingual Customer Success Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for clients enrolled in our financial hardship programs. You will serve as the trusted voice that connects our Sales and Operations teams with the individuals and families who depend on us during some of the most challenging moments of their lives. Every conversation you have will be an opportunity to provide clarity, comfort, and confidence to someone working toward a better financial future.

You will be trained to anticipate unstated client needs, exceed expectations, and consistently deliver a best-in-class customer experience. This role is fully remote, giving you the flexibility to work from home while still being part of a highly collaborative, supportive, and mission-driven team.

To set you up for success, you will begin your journey with a comprehensive 4-week paid training program designed to transform you into an expert in arenaflex's financial hardship programs. Upon successful completion of training, you will be ready to make an immediate impact on the lives of our clients.

Work Schedule

Our client support center operates 7 days a week to ensure our customers always have access to the help they need. The typical schedule includes:

  • Monday through Friday: 10:30 AM – 10:00 PM CST
  • Saturday and Sunday: 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM CST

Candidates must have the flexibility to work evenings and weekends as part of a rotating schedule. Your willingness to be available during these hours ensures that our clients always receive timely, reliable support.

Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Success Representative, you will take on a variety of meaningful responsibilities, including:

  • Delivering a best-in-class customer service experience over the phone, responding promptly to client requests, anticipating unstated needs, and educating clients on the programs and resources available to them.
  • Using active, empathetic listening to analyze client concerns and provide accurate information, practical solutions, and timely resolutions.
  • Handling difficult conversations with grace, professionalism, and empathy — always treating clients with the respect and courtesy they deserve.
  • Thoroughly documenting all client interactions, outcomes, and updates within our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure accurate tracking and analysis.
  • Working both independently and collaboratively to resolve a high volume of client requests efficiently and effectively.
  • Developing and maintaining positive, trust-based relationships with clients while coordinating with internal departments to ensure that all client needs are addressed appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • Operating desktop computer systems to retrieve, extract, and input client information, keeping all records current and accurate.
  • Utilizing available resource materials to interpret, respond to, and resolve a wide range of client inquiries and concerns.
  • Managing a high volume of calls in a remote, work-from-home call center environment while consistently meeting performance and quality goals.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English — both written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of call center experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Reliable, high-speed internet connection with the ability to support remote work technology.
  • Technical proficiency with CRM systems and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to help people navigate challenging situations.
  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening, clear verbal communication, and professional written communication.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities with a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Empathy and emotional intelligence, with the ability to understand and relate to customer concerns.
  • A distraction-free home workspace conducive to professional, focused work in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in financial services, debt resolution, or a related industry.
  • Familiarity with consumer lending, credit, or hardship program concepts.
  • Experience working in a high-volume inbound or outbound call environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed performance metrics such as call quality, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.
  • Bilingual capabilities beyond Spanish and English are a plus.
