Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Night Shift Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of arenaflex for loan applicants during the critical overnight hours. Your day‑to‑day duties will include:

  • Making outbound calls to prospective borrowers and responding promptly to inbound inquiries.
  • Navigating multiple loan‑processing software platforms to review, verify, and update application data.
