Financial & Investment Analyst — Venture Capital (Remote)
Noris Capital is a San Francisco-based venture capital firm investing in fintech, emerging technologies, and innovative startups. We're looking for a sharp Financial & Investment Analyst to join our team remotely. This is a high-impact role your work goes directly to senior partners and influences real investment decisions. What you'll do:
- Analyze financial models, valuations, and investment opportunities
- Conduct due diligence on early and growth-stage companies
- Build financial models (DCF, comparables, scenario analysis)
- Write clear investment memos for partners
- Track portfolio company performance and key metrics
- Monitor market trends across fintech, tech, and emerging sectors
You're a great fit if you:
- Have 2+ years in investment banking, VC, PE, or equity research
- Are fluent in English (C1 minimum)
- Can build financial models from scratch in Excel/Google Sheets
- Write clearly and concisely no fluff
- Work well independently in a remote, async environment
Nice to have:
- CFA Level 1 or above
- Experience with fintech, SaaS, or emerging tech companies
- Familiarity with blockchain or digital assets (not required)
