Public Health Evaluation Consultant for Public Health Consulting Firm

Elevare Health Group is seeking a Senior Program Evaluation Consultant to support current and future public health consulting projects on a 1099 contractor basis. We are looking for an experienced professional with expertise in program evaluation, quality improvement, public health systems, data interpretation, and performance measurement. This role may support projects involving maternal and child health, behavioral health, healthcare systems, strategic planning, community health initiatives, and population health programs. Potential responsibilities may include: - Program evaluation and assessment - Quality improvement initiatives - Data analysis and interpretation - Performance measurement and reporting - Logic model and framework development - Needs assessments and strategic recommendations - Public health research and analysis - Technical assistance and stakeholder engagement Preferred qualifications: - MPH, DrPH, PhD, MPA, or related degree - Experience working with public health agencies, healthcare systems, nonprofits, or government contracts - Experience with evaluation frameworks, reporting, and quality improvement initiatives - Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively across projects This is a long-term contractor opportunity with flexible project-based engagement.
