• The Contracts Specialist is responsible for reviewing client contracts and issuing insurance certificates in accordance with contractual requirements. This role ensures compliance with client-specific insurance terms, manages a high volume of time-sensitive requests, and maintains accurate insurance documentation and records. The position operates in a fast-paced environment and requires strong attention to detail, contract comprehension, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Review and interpret client contracts to ensure compliance with contractual requirements. Issue insurance certificates in accordance with client-specific insurance terms. Manage a high volume of time-sensitive requests efficiently. Maintain accurate insurance documentation and records. Work within spreadsheets and create simple formulas in Excel. Essential Skills 3+ years of experience reviewing and interpreting client contracts. 3+ years of experience issuing insurance certificates. 3+ years of experience ensuring compliance within contracts. Proficiency in working within spreadsheets and creating simple formulas in Excel. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in the AEC industry. Experience in data entry, finance, and insurance.

Work Environment

This is a fully remote position that allows you to work from any timezone. You will join a dynamic team of over 25 professionals, collaborating in a supportive and fast-paced environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Camp Hill, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $31.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
