Our Sales team is growing and looking for an enthusiastic Account Executive II to join us! We hire in the following states: AZ, CO, FL, IL, MA... MI, MN, NC, NY, OR, PA, TX, UT, VA, WA. The U.S. Healthcare industry is going through a transformation. In this role you will: • Consistently close new business while managing/growing existing relationships. • Manage a robust opportunity pipeline. • Do full cycle sales from prospecting, building pipeline and closing deals. • Execute on solution selling from discovery calls with customers and prospects to understanding organizational pain, key decision makers, procurement processes, and presenting a solution. • Identify client pain points and develop a compelling value proposition which differentiates Medbridge from competitors and inspires prospects to utilize technology for education requirements and digital patient care. • Conduct demonstrations of the MedBridge platform • Take ownership in personal development to grow your career at MedBridge What you will need to succeed: • 2-4 years of relevant sales experience with proven success in prospecting, pipeline development, forecast accuracy, and managing complex sales structures and coordinating internally and externally to close new business. • Home Health or Healthcare Industry experience required • SaaS experience is strongly preferred (or XaaS if your role involved solution/value based selling, negotiating agreements, etc) • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals with tenacity, integrity, accountability, and enthusiasm is crucial for success within the business development team. • Highly motivated self-starter who is comfortable with a dynamic start-up team environment: dealing with ambiguity, being involved in and providing feedback to refine & improve processes, having fun, working hard, being creative. • Identifying successes and hurdles to win, while sharing and collaborating within and amongst our team and our supporting internal teams. • Experience with, and effective execution of, a complex, consultative solution-based enterprise sales process is required • Strong computer skills including: Google, PowerPoint, Salesloft and Salesforce, Zoom Info, LinkedIn Sales Nav., Monday.com Our Culture: • Passion. Salary Range: $120k-$125k OTE, uncapped commissions At MedBridge, salary ranges are assigned to a job based on 3rd party salary benchmark surveys.
