The Third Shift Remote Customer Experience & Dispatch Agent is the backbone of arenaflex’s after‑hours operations. Working the evening and overnight hours, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, scheduling, or technical support. Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Service Coordination

  • Answer inbound calls promptly, providing courteous, solution‑focused assistance to residential and commercial clients.
  • Initiate outbound calls to confirm appointments, follow up on service requests, and provide updates on technician arrival times.
  • Gather and verify essential customer details—including name, phone number, address, and service description—to ensure flawless job scheduling.
  • Proactively communicate estimated arrival windows, technician qualifications, and any service changes to keep customers informed and confident.

Dispatch & Technician Collaboration

  • Utilize the arenaflex dispatch platform (formerly known as Service Titan) to assign jobs based on technician skill set, geographic proximity, and customer preferences.
  • Coordinate with field technicians to confirm availability, provide necessary job details, and monitor progress toward completion.
  • Maintain real‑time updates on job status, adjusting schedules as needed to accommodate emergencies, cancellations, or new requests.
  • Document all dispatch actions accurately within the arenaflex system to support reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Administrative Excellence

  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks—including data entry, order processing, and documentation—under the guidance of the Office Manager and other senior leaders.
  • Assist in generating daily reports that track call volume, dispatch efficiency, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Support special projects such as training material updates, process audits, and system enhancements.
  • Maintain a tidy, organized home office environment that complies with arenaflex’s security and privacy standards.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; additional education or certifications in business administration, communications, or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of three (3) years proven experience in a high‑volume customer service environment, preferably within home‑service, utilities, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated dispatch experience or familiarity with scheduling software; prior use of the arenaflex platform is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and courteously.
  • Deep knowledge of the Chicagoland metropolitan area, including neighborhoods, major thoroughfares, and service zones.
  • Technical familiarity with plumbing, electrical, or HVAC systems is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that every customer record, dispatch order, and follow‑up note is accurate.
