Role Overview – Customer Service Representative (Remote)

arenaflex’s Customer Care division, a critical component of our Pharmacy Benefits business, is expanding its team of dedicated representatives. We are looking for enthusiastic, patient‑focused individuals who live within 75 miles of Las Vegas, NV, and who are eager to deliver heart‑driven service to our members. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from members regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail‑order pharmacy services.
