Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Entry & BPM Framework Administrator to join our dynamic arenaflex IT team. This full‑time, work‑from‑home role focuses on the administration, support, and optimization of IBM Business Process Management (BPM) platforms, ensuring that critical business workflows run smoothly, securely, and efficiently. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset and a passion for delivering high‑quality service to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and maintain IBM BPM/BAW environments, including application servers, web servers, and middleware components.
  • Perform routine system tasks such as server provisioning, patching, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
  • Develop, test, and deploy automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, or similar languages to streamline repetitive administrative tasks.
  • Monitor system health using tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, Instana, and custom dashboards; proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with architects and development teams to implement configuration changes, deploy new releases, and ensure alignment with architectural standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including configuration baselines, change logs, and impact analyses for all BPM‑related activities.
  • Conduct root‑cause analysis of incidents, create detailed error reports, and work with cross‑functional teams to implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with arenaflex’s security policies by applying patches, reviewing server logs, and participating in regular security audits.
  • Provide 24/7 on‑call support on a rotating basis, including weekend and holiday coverage, to address critical production issues.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation, efficiency improvements, and cost reductions across the BPM landscape.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of disaster‑recovery drills and business‑continuity testing for BPM services.
  • Engage with vendors and third‑party support teams to troubleshoot complex issues and coordinate escalations.
  • Participate in project meetings, communicate status updates, and flag potential risks or dependencies to project managers.

Essential Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of hands‑on experience as a BPM Framework Administrator, specifically with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) or IBM BPM.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing UNIX/Linux (RHEL 7/8) environments.
  • Proficiency with middleware technologies such as IBM WebSphere, Apache, and DB2.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Dynatrace, Splunk, Instana) and the ability to create custom dashboards.
  • Experience with automation and scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) for routine administrative tasks.
  • Knowledge of web server configuration, load testing, and performance analysis.
  • Understanding of security best practices, vulnerability management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret logs, error messages, and system metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Experience with IBM Cloud and IBM Cloud Toolchain services.
  • Exposure to DocuSign integration and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with application deployment tools such as IBM UrbanCode Deploy (UDeploy).
  • Hands‑on experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) monitoring dashboards and performance tuning.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives that improve system reliability, reduce manual effort, and enhance overall service quality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills – collaborative, approachable, and able to build trusted relationships across business and technical teams.
  • Proven track record of “getting things done” with a focus on delivering results on time.
