Position Overview

As a Customer Care Resolution Coordinator at arenaflex, you will be the friendly, knowledgeable voice and chat presence that customers rely on. You'll handle a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, store employees, and fellow associates, navigating multiple systems and resources to answer questions and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.

This part-time remote position offers the flexibility to work from home in approved states while enjoying a structured schedule with a variety of shift options. We provide 24/7 customer care, so whether you're an early bird or a night owl, there's a shift that fits your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle High-Volume Customer Interactions: Manage a steady flow of incoming calls, live chats, and email inquiries from customers, retail store teams, and internal associates with professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve Issues Effectively: Use active listening, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to address customer concerns, process returns, troubleshoot account issues, and provide accurate information.
  • Navigate Multiple Systems: Utilize various software platforms, internal tools, and knowledge bases to research answers, document interactions, and deliver timely resolutions.
  • Deliver Conversational Service: Communicate in a warm, friendly, and conversational manner — avoiding robotic scripts — while maintaining brand voice and professionalism.

Essential Requirements

  • Typing Proficiency: Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute (WPM).
  • Microsoft Office Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word; comfortable learning additional software applications.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Training Commitment: Successful completion of all mandatory training programs is required.
  • Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer-facing role is required; contact center experience is a plus.
  • Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and committed to delivering consistent, high-quality work.
  • Home Office Setup: A quiet, distraction-free workspace with reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Location: Must reside in an approved state and be authorized to work in the United States.

Schedule and Shift Details

Our contact center operates 24/7, giving you the flexibility to choose a shift that aligns with your lifestyle. Available shifts include:
