What you will do as an Project Coordinator The Project Coordinator supports the successful onboarding and activation of partners by ensuring efficient coordination, accurate documentation, and smooth communication across teams. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and monitor solar project orders from contract approval through all critical project milestones. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of required documentation and project deliverables. Validate solar contracts and milestone progress to confirm accuracy and readiness for subsequent phases. Coordinate and schedule field resources for site assessments, installations, and inspections as required. Monitor solar system performance through designated portals to verify activation, reporting status, and energy production. Proactively identify discrepancies, delays, or potential risks in project orders and escalate issues for prompt resolution. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, including order status tracking within internal systems and CRM platforms. What We're Looking ForEducational Background: College-level education preferred, High School Graduate or College Undergraduate Graduate may be considered if accompanied by strong qualifications and relevant experience. Proficiency in Salesforce and Aurora Solar is highly preferred. Proven work experience as a Solar Project Coordinator for a U.S. company or in a similar role demonstrating expertise in managing solar projects from initiation to completion. Solid organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and effectively manage time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong client-facing skills and ability to work effectively within a team, demonstrating clear communication and positive interpersonal relationships with all stakeholders. Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance principles, ensuring that projects meet both industry standards and internal quality controls. Hands-on experience with project management tools, such as CRMs or similar software, to track project milestones, tasks, and deadlines.
