The Impact of an Associate HR Operations Analyst at Coupa: The Associate HR Operations Analyst is a foundational member of the HR Operations team, focused on supporting the overall quality and integrity of HR data. This role is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative and transactional support, ensuring accurate data in our HR systems, and handling employee inquiries in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient HR service delivery and helping to streamline foundational processes. \n What You'll Do: Maintain accurate employee data and perform regular updates to employee records from hire to retire. Support the new hire onboarding process, including following up with employee, completing employment verifications, and other administrative tasks. Respond to and resolve routine employee inquiries and requests in a timely manner, escalating complex issues as needed. Create and maintain personnel files, ensuring all documentation is filed correctly and kept confidential. Maybe required to generate basic HR reports as needed to support general HR queries. Assist with data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency across all HR systems. Collaborate with the HR team to help with various HR initiatives and projects. Utilize a case management tool to track and prioritize requests. Provide administrative support for various HR functions (for example but not limited to, benefits, compensation, talent acquisition) What You Will Bring to Coupa: 1-2 years of experience in an HR, administrative, or similar role or completion of post-secondary schooling in this area. Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) or other data management tools is a plus. A customer service mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. The ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including basic functions of Excel. Experience with Google Workspace is an asset. A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
