Sr. Interface Analyst /Programmer

Job Title: Sr Interface Analyst/Programmer Department: Interface Team Location: Riedman- Remote Hours Per Week: 40 Schedule: Day/Shift, Monday to Friday, 8 am - 4 pm EST. Weekly on-call rotation split amongst team members Position Summary The Interface Analyst participates in the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of Epic Bridges interfaces and our Rhapsody Integration Engine. Responsibilities include data analysis, Bridges interface build, documentation of requirements, building and maintaining mapping tables, reporting, problem management and root cause analysis, business owner interaction for discovery and testing, development of documentation. As an Interface Analyst, you will be a key participant in many projects throughout the healthcare system and represent our team while helping define the direction of Interface and technical project efforts. Key Responsibilities

Functions as a bridge between customers, operations, vendors, application build teams, and other technical staff such as networking and system administration. Assists in the development and installation of in-house developed software. Assists in the integration of Epic, RRH systems and other healthcare related software using a crafty combination of Epic Bridges application and Rhapsody Interface Engine. Assists in the maintenance of application software that is the responsibility of the Information Services Department. Provides technical expertise to all IT members and potential members of the end-user community. Maintains a high degree of computer expertise. Performs other duties as assigned. Desired Skills Experience with Integration Engines (Rhapsody Professional or Expert Certification a plus) Knowledge of HL7, X12, and other messaging formats General Database Knowledge and Experience with SQL Epic Bridges Certification a plus Knowledge of Integrated Systems regarding EMR communication with Ancillary Systems Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. 3 to 5 years of related programming experience. PAY RANGE: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 CITY: Rochester POSTAL CODE: 14617 The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components.
