Job Summary The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the execution of Transpharmation’s strategic marketing plan by coordinating key activities and ensuring milestones are completed accurately and within established timelines. Duties and responsibilities Key Activities Manage the master conference calendar, coordinate planning and pre-conference meetings, maintain timelines, complete attendee and booth registrations, ensure abstracts are submitted, prepare required marketing collateral, oversee shipping logistics for booth materials, track ROI, and submit invoices for payment Execute marketing campaigns, social media posts, newsletters, and other outreach materials prepared by the Marketing Director Serve on platform and portfolio teams as the point of contact for marketing communications ensuring content is provided on time as per our marketing schedule Maintain marketing collateral, slide decks, and scientific data files for easy access on the SharePoint drive Use Microsoft Office, including Power BI, and quickly learn in-house systems Develop and manage LinkedIn ad campaigns to promote the brand and its products Monitor and analyze LinkedIn ad performance using LinkedIn Analytics Track and report key metrics in Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness Improve ad performance through A/B testing and data-driven optimization strategies Create and manage Google Ads campaigns, including developing and optimizing landing pages Stay up to date on current trends and technologies in marketing, particularly in LinkedIn advertising, Google Ads, and analytics Perform other duties as assigned INTERACTION This position requires communication with various venders and Transpharmation employees. WORKING CONDITIONS ENVIRONMENT Generally working in a typical interior office work environment. RISK TO HEALTH There will be occasional periods of several hours per day performing physically repetitive procedures (typing, filing etc.). There is also a potential for digital eye strain resulting from prolonged computer use. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS PHYSICAL DEMANDS No or very limited physical effort required. No or very limited exposure to physical risk. PHYSICAL DEXTERITY Visual acuity, agility, accuracy and consistency will be required. SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. EXPERIENCE Experience in a similar role, with a portfolio of successful campaigns with relevant KPIs Proven experience in creating and managing LinkedIn ad campaigns Proficiency in LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics and Google Ads Experience in developing and optimizing landing pages for Google Ads campaigns Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Knowledge Good organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including being confident in liaising with suppliers and other third-party contractors Ability to follow instructions, ask questions, prioritize work activity and ensure deadlines are met Timekeeping and reliability Strong team player Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Extremely trustworthy and professionally minded Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines Disclaimer As part of our recruitment process, we may use digital or artificial intelligence–enabled tools to assist with tasks such as résumé screening, skills matching, or scheduling.
