[Remote] Ad Operations Media Analyst

They are seeking a qualified Media Analyst to manage and optimize digital media campaigns, providing technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize digital media campaigns (OTT, video, programmatic) on a day‑to‑day basis for top‑tier clients across the US, ensuring delivery against KPIs and pacing goals
- Partner closely with media buying teams, agencies, and client stakeholders to cultivate strong relationships through proactive communication and best‑in‑class customer service
- Act as a trusted resource by providing technical and operational support to clients throughout both pre‑sales planning and post‑sales execution
- Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies between first‑party and third‑party reporting, ensuring accurate billing and performance insights
- Gather client and agency feedback to recommend new features or workflow enhancements that improve campaign outcomes and customer satisfaction
- Conduct QA and trafficking checks on creative assets to confirm compliance with platform specifications and industry standards
- Generate in‑depth reporting and post‑buy analyses that showcase campaign performance, uncover optimizations, and highlight revenue opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams by flagging and documenting platform bugs/issues, enabling developers to implement timely solutions
Skills
- Exposure to digital media operations, campaign management, media buying, or a related field (including internships, entry-level roles, or relevant coursework)
- Familiarity with video streaming, OTT platforms, or ad tech tools (such as DSPs or ad servers), with a strong interest in building deeper expertise
- Foundational understanding of campaign trafficking, pacing, optimization, and reporting concepts
- Ability to learn technical concepts and translate them into clear, actionable next steps with guidance and support
- Comfortable working with data and developing insights to improve campaign performance over time
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
- Detail-oriented, curious, and proactive, with a problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced environment
