They are looking for a dedicated Tier I MSP Engineer to join their team, providing assistance to clients and ensuring their systems operate smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance with regards to computer hardware and software issues
  • Provide on-site support as needed
  • Resolve client challenges remotely via phone, chat or email
  • Track customer issues and resolutions in our ticketing system
  • Update and maintain client information or documentation in our systems

Skills

  • Previous experience in IT
  • Previous Call center experience required
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Managed Service provider experience preferred
