[Remote] Sales Development Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Input 1 is a company disrupting the insurance tech space and is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to enhance their outbound efforts. The SDR will be responsible for making outbound calls, qualifying leads, and partnering with Sales & Marketing to drive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Make 150+ outbound calls & send 150+ emails weekly
  • Qualify leads and set 8+ meetings per month
  • Partner with Sales & Marketing to refine contact strategy
  • Use tools like HubSpot or Salesforce to manage outreach
  • Stay sharp on industry trends & product knowledge

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication skills + proactive attitude
  • Sales experience (SDR, AE, inside sales—bonus if in insurance)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Knowledge of the P&C insurance industry is a plus!
