Callaway Golf is a leader in premium golf equipment and active lifestyle products, seeking an Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to cover a maternity leave. The role focuses on building strategic partnerships with key clients, achieving sales targets, and providing customized solutions while handling administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Become a strategic partner to key clients, fostering long term relationships and succeeding (if not exceeding!) sales targets
  • Develop a deep understanding of assigned accounts needs, identify growth opportunities, and work collaboratively with the team and across departments to develop customised solutions
  • Focus primarily on the customer while including admin tasks aligned to the role (order entry, returns process, etc.)
  • Maintain excellent attention to detail and communication skills, multitasking while focusing on the customer and achieving targets
