They are seeking a Junior Talent Manager to support creators, campaigns, and brand partnerships, managing day-to-day communications and ensuring successful influencer campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day creator communications
- Supporting influencer campaigns from briefing to completion
- Coordinating deliverables, timelines, and approvals
- Building strong relationships with creators and brand partners
- Maintaining accurate records in our CRM and internal systems
- Helping identify opportunities for creator growth and retention
Skills
- Experience in social media, influencer marketing, talent management, marketing, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRMs, Google Sheets, Notion, or similar tools
- Deep knowledge of the gaming industry and creator ecosystem
- Professional English proficiency
- Bonus points if you also follow the tech industry closely
