As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in executing the sales process and supporting our customers. If you?re the right fit for this position: ? It makes you uncomfortable when someone asks you to veer from a process. ? You are a clear communicator to several different audiences ? peers, managers, and customers. RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. ? Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to confidently assist customers and promote sales. ? Provide support as a ?go to? administrative resource for the sales team including but not limited to: Manage general sales mailbox, provide responses to website inquiries, maintain professional customer service attitude, enter leads for sales team, provide quotes through CRM for prospective customers (phone calls, email or website), follow up on purchase orders. ? Process returns and orders by following documented process. ? Communicate regularly with each sales team member and the training department to assist with pending projects, customer issues, and projects. ? Pursue new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow up and outbound calls. ? Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest for upsells. REQUIREMENTS: ? Bachelor?s degree in related field, military veteran, or relevant experience ? Minimum of 2 years of experience with NetSuite ? Minimum of 3 years in a sales or sales support role in related industries ? product sales to Government, military, first responders, and/or CBRN industry. ?
