Realtor/Sales Associate

Responsibilities: - Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties - Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process... - Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends and property values - List and advertise properties for sale or rent - Show properties to potential buyers or tenants - Prepare and negotiate offers, contracts, and lease agreements - Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and other necessary steps in the transaction process - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions Experience: -Applicants are required to obtain a valid real estate license.
