Remote Automotive Lead Generator / Appointment Setter

We're looking for a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Lead Generator / Appointment Setter to help us connect with dealership decision-makers and create qualified sales opportunities. If you enjoy prospecting, cold calling, building relationships, and earning commissions based on your performance, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and identify dealership opportunities across North America
  • Make outbound calls to dealership decision-makers, including General Managers, General Sales Managers, and Dealer Principals
  • Write personalized outreach emails and follow-up messages
  • Qualify prospects and schedule demos for our sales team
  • Build and maintain prospect lists
  • Follow up consistently to maximize appointment conversion rates
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
  • Assist with CRM workflow management and prospect follow-up processes
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, BDC, inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar role
  • Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with business owners and executives
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and cold calling
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to win

Preferred Qualifications

  • Automotive industry experience
  • SaaS or technology sales experience
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Close, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems
  • Experience writing outbound sales emails

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $3,000 USD per month
  • Uncapped commission structure
