Position Overview

arenaflex is hiring a Remote Data Entry Specialist – Call Support & Customer Help Representative to join our growing operations team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, accurately enter and update subscriber information, resolve account-related queries, and ensure that every customer interaction reflects the high standards our brand is known for. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls related to subscription management, billing inquiries, account troubleshooting, content access, and general streaming support.
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain customer data in internal CRM and data management systems, ensuring information integrity at all times.
  • Provide friendly, professional, and solution-oriented assistance to subscribers, ensuring each call is resolved efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Identify recurring customer issues and escalate complex concerns to the appropriate support tier or supervisory team when necessary.
  • Document call summaries, customer feedback, and resolution notes in a clear, organized, and timely manner.
  • Stay up to date on streaming platform features, pricing plans, device compatibility, and content updates to provide accurate and helpful information.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance metrics related to call handling time, data accuracy, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors through virtual meetings, chat platforms, and shared digital workspaces to share insights and improve service quality.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of customer data and comply with all company privacy and data protection policies.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge, communication skills, and customer service techniques.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Previous experience in data entry, customer service, call center support, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong typing skills with a minimum of 45 words per minute and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and standard office software such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace suitable for handling customer calls professionally.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
