Key Responsibilities

  • Assist passengers with check‑in procedures, baggage handling, and load acceptance, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
  • Interpret and apply regulatory guidelines for domestic and international travel, as well as cargo shipments, maintaining compliance with FAA and customs requirements.
  • Coordinate aircraft arrivals and departures within scheduled timeframes, communicating effectively with pilots, ground crew, and operations control.
  • Provide compassionate support to distressed passengers, resolving issues quickly and professionally.
  • Safeguard company assets and revenue by adhering to security protocols and preventing fraud.
  • Maintain a safe travel environment by following all safety and emergency procedures.
  • Utilize physical stamina and coordination to operate equipment such as air stairs when required.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines with minimal supervision.

  • Perform Passenger Operations Control duties, including air‑to‑ground communication and tower coordination when needed.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Fluent reading, writing, and speaking abilities in English; bilingual skills are a plus in certain locations.
  • Valid driver’s license as required by local authorities.
  • Successful completion of FAA background checks and eligibility for unescorted access to secure airport areas (SIDA), when applicable.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain airport security and/or U.S. Customs badges, if required for the role.
  • Willingness to work irregular and extended hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Commitment to a regular, reliable attendance schedule.
