Administrative Assistant (Remote IN Utah)

If so, consider joining our admin team as an evaluations scheduler. CH Monson, LLC / Utah Psych Testing is a company that sends traveling psychologists throughout the state of Utah to complete psychological and neuropsychological evaluations. When referral sources contact us, our admin team works with the referral source to get evaluation scheduled. DUTIES

  • Be the first point of contact between most caseworkers and parole officers and our company. Build respect and rapport
  • Complete the 5-10 step process to schedule each evaluation
  • Follow up with unresponsive caseworkers on a consistent basis
  • Respond to all emails and phone calls in a quick, friendly and efficient manner
  • Coordinate the required paperwork
  • Coordinate testing locations
  • Complete quarterly internal audits of client files

Although previous secretarial work may help lay a foundation, we are willing to train someone who has the right personality for this position. REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-3 hours per day during business hours (8am-5pm). These hours do not need to be consistent, however, you must be able to have phone conversations without interruption or noise in the background.
  • Complete our HIPAA compliance training and comply by all HIPAA requirements
  • Be willing and able to pass a background check
  • Very fluent in the English language
  • Access to internet

PAY

  • Pay is $16 per hour
