As a Senior Engineer focused on CRM Customer Acquisitions, you will be at the heart of arenaflex’s strategic shift from a traditional IT model to a high‑performance engineering organization. Key Responsibilities
- Architect & Build Distributed Systems: Scope, design, and implement scalable, fault‑tolerant services that handle millions of transactions per day.
- Product Definition & Technical Leadership: Translate business goals into technical solutions, driving product definition from concept through delivery.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with arenaflex CRM, Infrastructure, Architecture, Release Management, Application Security, and Business Product Owners throughout the software lifecycle.
- Design Sessions & Code Reviews: Lead architecture workshops, design reviews, and peer code reviews to elevate engineering quality across the organization.
- Reusable Component Development: Create and maintain reusable application patterns and components that accelerate delivery and reduce technical debt.
- Advanced arenaflex Tooling: Leverage arenaflex’s suite of cloud services, task‑management platforms, source‑code repositories, build pipelines, deployment automation, and real‑time communication tools to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
- Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Coach junior engineers, champion best practices, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, propose enhancements, and drive process improvements across teams.
Essential Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional software development experience with at least two modern languages (e.g., Java, C++, Python, C#) and strong object‑oriented design skills.
- 3+ years designing and building architecture for new and existing systems, emphasizing reliability, scalability, and performance.
- 3+ years hands‑on experience with arenaflex cloud platforms (formerly AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure‑as‑code practices.
- 2+ years working with open‑source frameworks and libraries.
- Advanced understanding of DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Proficiency in web service integration (REST/SOAP) and enterprise middleware (e.g., Apache Camel, Spring, Spring Boot).
