What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you’ll wear many hats — advisor, problem-solver, sales consultant, and account manager. Every day will bring new challenges and opportunities to grow. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Interaction & Inbound Support: Handle a steady flow of incoming calls from customers seeking assistance, information, or service. You’ll be the first point of contact, and your ability to listen actively, respond with empathy, and resolve issues efficiently will set the tone for the entire customer relationship.
  • Proactive Sales & Upselling: Use every customer interaction as an opportunity to identify additional sales potential. By understanding customer needs and aligning them with the right products or services, you’ll help drive revenue growth while genuinely helping customers get more value from their relationship with arenaflex.
  • Outbound Outreach: Initiate outbound calls to existing and prospective customers for service follow-ups, account reviews, new sales opportunities, and relationship-building initiatives. You’ll be skilled at reading situations and tailoring your approach to each unique conversation.
  • Product & Service Expertise: Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of arenaflex’s full product and service portfolio, including account structures, billing processes, customer onboarding procedures, and internal policies. You’ll be the go-to resource for accurate, up-to-date information.
  • Account Management & Data Integrity: Set up new customer accounts, maintain accurate account records, and ensure all customer data is properly entered, updated, and managed in our systems. Attention to detail is critical here — your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Financial Operations Support: Process and coordinate Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable activities as needed. You’ll work closely with the finance and operations teams to ensure smooth, accurate financial transactions.
  • Administrative & Reporting Functions: Handle various administrative tasks including data entry, report generation and analysis, reconciliation, asset and inventory control, and purchasing support. You’ll keep things organized, accurate, and running smoothly behind the scenes.
  • Relationship Building: Present a polished, professional, and enthusiastic image in every interaction. Your goal is to develop long-term, trusting relationships with customers that go beyond single transactions — building loyalty that lasts.

Essential Qualifications

  • Educational Background: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. We value practical experience, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn just as much as formal credentials.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are non-negotiable. You’ll be articulating complex information clearly, handling sensitive conversations with professionalism, and documenting interactions accurately.
  • Technical Proficiency: Solid computer skills are a must, including comfort with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), data entry, and the ability to run, interpret, and analyze reports. You should be tech-savvy enough to learn new platforms and CRM systems quickly.
  • Organizational Agility: The ability to multi-task, prioritize competing assignments, and thrive in a team-oriented remote environment is essential. You’ll often juggle multiple customer interactions and administrative responsibilities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual Ability: While not required, being bilingual in English and Spanish (or another language) is a strong plus and may qualify you for enhanced opportunities and compensation.
