Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Accounting Accuracy

  • Enter client data, booking details, and travel itineraries into arenaflex’s proprietary CRM and accounting platforms with a target accuracy rate of 99.9%.
  • Perform routine data validation, cross‑checking entries against source documents, invoices, and confirmation emails.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports that track revenue, expenses, and booking trends for senior leadership review.
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems for all transaction records, ensuring compliance with internal audit standards and industry regulations.
  • Identify and correct data discrepancies promptly, escalating complex issues to the Finance Manager when necessary.

Travel Booking & Coordination

  • Assist clients in designing and booking complete travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and ancillary services such as tours and insurance.
  • Provide expert recommendations on destinations, travel policies, and cost‑saving opportunities, drawing on arenaflex’s extensive supplier network.
  • Update booking information in real time to reflect client preferences, changes, or cancellations, ensuring all stakeholders receive accurate notifications.
  • Resolve travel‑related inquiries, complaints, and emergencies with professionalism, empathy, and swift problem‑solving.
  • Collaborate with the Supplier Relations team to negotiate rates, secure inventory, and manage vendor communications.

Customer Service Excellence

  • Deliver high‑quality support via phone, email, and live chat, maintaining a courteous and solution‑focused tone.
