Responsibilities
- Lead business development initiatives to identify and pursue new client opportunities in the IT staffing and IT Services/Solutions sector
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth and revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their staffing needs and challenges
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure alignment between client expectations and talent acquisition efforts
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for expansion
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the staffing industry and must have solid existing book of business
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with a track record of building client relationships
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
