[Remote] Junior Data Scientist

Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights
- Support the development and validation of predictive models and machine learning algorithms
- Visualize data using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib/Seaborn
- Assist in designing and implementing data pipelines and workflows
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
- Document code, processes, and findings clearly and accurately
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in data science and analytics
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and modeling
- Familiarity with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and basic machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow)
- Basic understanding of statistics, probability, and data modeling concepts
- Experience with SQL and working with databases
- Good communication skills and the ability to explain complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Fresh graduates with strong technical skills and relevant project experience are encouraged to apply
