[Remote] Salesforce Administrator (Contract) – Phased Implementation

The role involves setting up CRM foundations, core integrations, campaign tracking, reporting, and providing training and documentation for users.
Responsibilities
- Lead, Contact, Account, and Opportunity setup
- Pipeline stages and sales process configuration
- User roles, permissions, and activity standards
- Google Workspace integration
- ZoomInfo integration
- MixMax integration
- Slack (basic notifications and alerts) integration
- Lead source attribution
- Campaign setup
- Basic marketing tracking
- Emails sent reporting
- Calls completed reporting
- Meetings booked reporting
- Open/reply rates reporting
- Opportunities created reporting
- Pipeline movement reporting
- Executive dashboard creation
- Admin documentation
- User training session
- Salesforce operating procedures
Skills
- Experience with Salesforce administration
- Knowledge of CRM systems and best practices
- Ability to configure user roles, permissions, and activity standards
- Experience with core integrations such as Google Workspace, ZoomInfo, MixMax, and Slack
- Ability to set up campaign and lead tracking
- Experience in creating reports and dashboards
- Ability to provide training and documentation for users
- Strong understanding of sales processes and pipeline management
