[Remote] Sales Manager

The Sales Manager will lead a team of National Account Managers to drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships while executing sales strategies and managing key accounts.

Skills
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field required
- 5+ years of sales experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or distribution industries
- 3+ years of sales management experience within pharmaceutical sales
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution, including generic drugs, vaccines, and injectables
- Understanding of FDA regulations and drug supply chain standards
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical, forecasting, and business development abilities
- Adaptable, team-oriented, and results-driven mindset
