[Remote] Director, Sales Analytics
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Conduent Business Services, LLC is seeking a Director of Sales Analytics to serve as a strategic contributor within the Demand Center. This role involves translating market and client insights into actionable intelligence to improve competitive positioning and optimize pricing strategies, while working cross-functionally with various teams to drive revenue performance.

Skills
- 10+ years of experience in commercial intelligence, market intelligence, revenue operations, or commercial analytics within a B2B environment
- Expertise in at least two of the following areas: win/loss analysis, voice of the client/NPS, competitive intelligence, pricing strategy
- Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive measurable business impact
- Experience building and operationalizing programs, frameworks, or capabilities within a matrixed organization
- Strong executive communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM platforms; familiarity with third-party tools and data integrations preferred
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred, particularly in strategy, analytics, or business operations
