[Remote] Project Management Analyst

Federal Express Corporation is a leading logistics company, and they are seeking a Project Management Analyst to support strategic network initiatives for the Platforms & Technology Management organization. The role involves developing project plans, utilizing project management software, and monitoring schedules to ensure timely project completion.

Responsibilities

• Develops Business cases and detailed project plans and timelines to ensure successful delivery
• Utilize Planview for project and portfolio management, ensuring accurate financials, tracking, and reporting
• Lead and/or support small to large-scale initiatives spanning various technologies and cross-functional teams
• Monitors all department schedules to ensure that projects are completed on or projected completion dates
• Monitors all department schedules to ensure that projects are completed on or before projected completion dates
• Develops and/or maintain long- and short-term Project Plans to support Network related projects
• Creates Communication and implementation plans
• Collects and analyzes all necessary data for resolution of problems, issues and concerns affecting the department

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in a quantitative discipline
• Two (2) years experience in project management, product development, business/financial analysis or systems design/development
• Project management/planning software
